Maven build produces empty JAR

Description

Currently, "ant" generates a valid pom.xml. but "mvn install" doesn't work – the target JAR is empty.

To use it, you need to download the Maven Ant Tasks jar from http://maven.apache.org/ant-tasks/

Then run Ant like this:

ant -lib maven-ant-tasks-2.1.0.jar ci-build

This is an acceptable alternative to a build that works with "mvn install", in my opinion.
