These two snippets should both succeed, but the second one fails.

  (fresh [a c]
    (conso a nil c)
    (== `(~a) c))) ;; '(_0)
(run 1 [q]
  (fresh [a b c]
    (conso a b c)
    (== b nil)
    (== `(~a) c))) ;; expected: '(_0), actual: '()
