Similar to CLJS-583:

(def x 1)
(def y 1)
{x :foo y :bar}
;= {1 :foo, 1 :bar}

Where is array-has-duplicates? defined, I don't see it in the patch.

In CLJS-583, this one builds on top of that. I mentioned it there but forgot here, sorry.
