Unfortunately, the problem remains.</p> <p>To be more specific, the mails sent from JIRA related to issue status updates seem to work fine. It is the password reset mails that are not working. Unfortunately, I do not know enough about JIRA to provide any other clues as to what is misconfigured.</p> <p>Grrrrrr. Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't realize that you had to change it in more than one place.
