New Build Process
The goal of modularizing and mavenizing was to make things easier for developers and consumers, but while we are in a halfway state things are probably worse. 
What needs to be done:
- finish the Clojure on maven ticket DONE
- Get Hudson/Maven build + deployment working for Clojure & Contrib
- test the new contrib build against all the new contribs
- roll out the welcome mat for other new contribs
- approved new names are here
- solicit and respond to community feedback
