Description

find-by-keys with a map containing at least one nil value generates SQL that tests = NULL which is valid SQL but doesn't produce the right results (at least, not in all cases). It should generate SQL that tests IS NULL instead.

Solution: pass operation for handling null values into `kv-sql` since it will be different between UPDATE and SELECT.
